Alternatively, you can use the self-referral form to send an email to the practice. As we are a private practice, you can self-refer to our service. This means you do not need a referral from a doctor.

All new referrals are discussed in confidence within the practice, in order to ensure best fit between client and clinician.

All referrals submitted will be triaged every Wednesday. A clinician will then respond to your enquiry shortly after that.
